How does it work?
With the booking app, employees can book a shared desk or meeting room. They can also find out where colleagues are working and invite them to book a co-working space. 'Priority booking' ensures that only one department can book desks or meeting rooms in a specific zone. As an organization, you decide whether this arrangement is permanent, for a particular day or just a few hours. After the set period, others can book again. Priority booking is optional and can be set up in the control center.
